Our design team (including designers, product developers, pattern makers and others) is growing every year with the best textile design graduates from across Mauritius.

We nurture our people with continual access to the latest trends and fashions – online, through interaction with our customers across the world, and through regular visits to the major exhibitions, trends forums and fashion shows.

Our R&D team is always researching new technologies.  This can involve ways of reducing energy use or carbon emission in the dye-house, or different ways of finishing fabrics, or better ways of assembling leading-edge fashion garments.  This search puts us in touch with technicians around the globe, and ensures that we are always at the forefront of knitwear technology.

Across the board, we have a dedication to clear and efficient systems.  This means that all our staff have regular refresher training.  Everyone is helped to understand where their job fits into the overall process.  And everyone knows that safety, sustainability, quality, and customer service are what fuel our success.

Each of our customers is assigned a dedicated team of merchandisers, product developers and designers to ensure that their needs are specifically catered for.  We work hard to understand our customers’ ways of working and to be an extension of their own sourcing teams.  We ensure that the dedicated team visits the customer regularly.  And we pride ourselves on fast turnarounds – whether it be design ideas, samples or repeat orders.
